Machine start-up and cleaning operations

Machine start-up (1)

Machine start-up (1)
To start the machine:
  • Turn the main switch (1), red on a yellow background, clockwise, placing it on the "I" position;
  • Turn the start/stop/reverse selector (2) to the "I" position and check that the machine pumps regularly using the buttons that regulate the "plus" (3) or "minus" (4) flow rate and vary the flow rate as needed;
  • Set the selector (2) to the "2" position and check that the direction of rotation is reversed.

Machine start-up (2)

Machine start-up (2)
To check the operation of the remote control:
  • Set the start/stop/reverse selector (2) and the remote control selector (5) to the "I" position;
  • By pressing the remote control button (1), check that the machine starts and stops properly.

Machine start-up (3)

Machine start-up (3)
  • The indicator light (6) lights up when the inverter intervenes to protect the motor from overloads;
  • The indicator light (7) lights up to indicate the presence of supply voltage inside the control panel.

Cleaning operations (1)

Cleaning operations (1)
  • Once the last mixture has been pumped, which should be more fluid than normal, when you start to see the agitator propeller, stop the pump using the start/stop/reverse selector;

  • Turn the main switch to the "0" position;

  • Remove the gun and wash it thoroughly, removing the deflector (6);

  • Check that the nozzle hole (5) is free (clean it if necessary);

  • Disconnect the pipes from the pump and insert the washing sponge into the pipe inlet.
*Always refer to the manual supplied with the machine for complete and detailed safety instructions.

Cleaning operations (2)

Cleaning operations (2)
  • Remove the cap of the hopper's discharge manifold (1).
  • Wash it thoroughly with a jet of water and if necessary remove the protective grid (3) in the hopper to carry out the washing operation correctly.

    N.B. Disconnect (with the main switch in the "0" position) the power socket (2) before removing the grid itself, and fix it in the correct position before reconnecting the power socket and proceeding.
*Do not direct the water jet at the control panel and towards the holes in the lower casing to damage the motor itself and the electrical equipment inside the machine.

Cleaning operations (3)

Replace the cap on the hopper discharge manifold and fill it with water;

Start the machine:
  • Main switch and start/stop/reverse selector in position "I";
  • Pump water until it comes out clean from the pump;
  • Reconnect the hose to the pump;
  • Start the machine and pump water until the washing sponge comes out;
  • Stop the machine by placing the selector in position "0" (stop) and turn the main switch (red on yellow background) to position "0".

*After any repair or maintenance work, make sure that all the protection devices have been refitted and that no tools have been left inside the engine compartment or the hopper.

Cleaning operations (4) - Warnings

For all cleaning operations the operator must have been specifically trained to perform this operation!

Before opening a joint, make sure that there is no residual pressure in the pipes and that there are no other people nearby. This potentially dangerous operation must always be carried out by experienced people using the utmost caution.

*Always refer to the manual supplied with the machine for complete and detailed safety instructions.
