3A Version
Machine start-up (1)
- When starting the machine, the accelerator (lever above) must initially be set to minimum, then adjusted to maximum when the pumping phase begins;
- At the same time, the pumping volume must also be slowly adjusted, using the appropriate knob (the one below).
Machine start-up (2)
- During pumping, the mixer must always be in operation and must be set to position "1";
- The central position is neutral, i.e. OFF;
- While position "2" is inverted, i.e. used only for cleaning or possible unblocking.
Machine start-up (3)
To start pumping, simply take into account the dedicated lever (circled in red), where:
- Lever up - pumping forward;
- Lever in the center - pumping OFF;
- Lever down - pumping backwards/suction.
Machine start-up (4)
- If during the pumping phase of the material there is a very dense or blocky product, a vibrator is installed to facilitate its fall from the hopper grid;
- Which can be activated by the dedicated command on the control panel (circled in red).
Machine start-up (5)
- If you need to work with the wired remote control, connect it to the socket on the side of the unit (unscrew the cap and connect the cable).
Attention! If you need to use the wired remote control or the remote radio control, remember to switch from local to remote control on the panel with the appropriate switch (circled in red).
Machine start-up (6)

- Keep the hopper full (near the grid) during pumping, so that air cannot be sucked in;
- Do not run the vibrator continuously! Always turn off the vibrator when not pumping material;
- Always lubricate the pipes before pumping. Put about 25/30 liters of grout in the hopper when starting a pumping job;
- At the beginning, maintain a low pumping flow rate by adjusting with the pumping regulator knob. When the material comes out of the pipe, it is possible to increase the flow to the desired output;
- Never open a pipe during a pumping job;
- Never open a pipe under pressure.
Cleaning operations (1)
Once the pumping work is finished:
- Stop the mixer (center position);
- Stop the pumping (center position);
- Stop the electric grid vibrator (push up).
Cleaning operations (2)
- Before disconnecting the hoses, reverse the pumping direction;
- Perform 4-8 suction strokes (1) (selector down) to remove pressure from the hoses and return the material to the hopper;
- When there is no pressure in the hoses, disconnect them from the front delivery flange (2).
Cleaning operations (3)
- Open the hopper drain plug (1) to drain the remaining material and then wash the inside of the hopper with water;
- Introduce the water tube into the "S" valve (2) for about 15-20 centimeters, start pumping in the opposite direction (3) (selector down) and let the water come out of the "S" valve until only clean water comes out.
Cleaning operations (4)
- Stop pumping and close the drain plug (1);
- Let the diesel engine idle for 2-3 minutes (2), then stop the engine;
- Make sure there are no concrete residues inside the hopper, the "S" valve and the front delivery flange.
Cleaning operations (5)
-
If the machine has a water pump installed for cleaning purposes, you can activate the device with its lever (the one in the middle);
Make sure that a water source is connected (TB30) or that the water tank is full (TB50) before operating the pump.
- Connect the water hose to this outlet, which is located on the opposite side of the panel.
Cleaning operations (6)
- Wet a sponge with water and insert it into the hose;
- Connect the hose to the machine;
- Finally, you can connect a recovery basket to the end of the hose using a Victaulic coupling complete with safety pin and gasket;
- Fill the hopper with water and start pumping until clean water and the sponge come out of the end of the line.
*The sponge could be violently ejected from the hose. Make sure the hose is facing in a direction where there is no risk of injuring someone or damaging something.
**If the line is blocked, the sponge will not be ejected. In this case, reverse the pumping direction to reduce the pressure for a few strokes and refer to the user manual to unblock the line.
Cleaning operations (7) - Warnings

- The following operations must only be carried out by specifically trained personnel;
- In particular, before opening a joint, ensure that there is no residual pressure in the pipework and that no one is nearby. This operation is potentially dangerous and must always be carried out with caution and only by qualified personnel.
- For safety reasons, no one must be allowed to stand near the hoses during cleaning operations;
- Never hold the hose/end hose in your hand during washing, it is always better to block it firmly to a support;
- Before loosening any joint, ensure that the pressure gauge indicates "0" and that there is no residual pressure in the pipework. In any case, carry out 4-8 strokes in the reverse direction to depressurize the pipes (switch down).
*For complete and detailed safety instructions, always refer to the user manual supplied with the machine.
