Troubleshooting
The dashboard does not light up?
A missing or poor power supply or a fault can cause the control panel to malfunction, so:
- Check the battery charge status;
- Contact authorized assistance.
Starter motor not turning?
If the starter motor of the car does not turn, then:
- It could have a dead or faulty battery, so recharge it or replace it if necessary;
- It could have oxidized or loose battery cable clamps, so clean them or check their tightening;
- The starter motor could be faulty, or even the injectors could be faulty, in this case contact the engine manufacturer and request assistance.
Does the diesel engine suddenly turn off?
The main problem that may have occurred here is related to the thermal probes, which detect an anomaly and consequently stop the machine.
Check the engine oil level, the oil in the hydraulic circuit and the cleanliness of the radiator.
If the problem persists, contact authorized assistance.
Diesel engine not starting?
There are many factors that can cause the engine not to start:
- There is no fuel, so fill the tank;
- The red emergency button is on;
- There may be air in the fuel line, so you need to locate the leak and refer to the engine manual to possibly bleed the air from the lines in question;
- If, however, it is a problem related to faulty injectors, a faulty solenoid valve, or a faulty injection pump, then you will need to request assistance from the engine manufacturer.
Is the agitator blocked?
Immediately check for the presence of a foreign body in the hopper, then stop the machine and put it in the off state. Open the hopper protection grid and remove the foreign body.
If this is not the case, it could be due to insufficient hydraulic oil pressure. Due to this probable failure of the hydraulic system, a Turbosol assistance intervention must be requested.
Is the mixer stuck?
Immediately check for the presence of a foreign body in the hopper, then stop the machine and put it in the off state. Open the mixer protection grid and remove the foreign body.
If this is not the case, it could be due to insufficient hydraulic oil pressure. Due to this probable failure of the hydraulic system, a Turbosol assistance intervention must be requested.
The material does not come out?
If the material does not come out of the pipes, it is very likely that they have become clogged.
Proceed as described in the manual, in the paragraph relating to clogging of the pipes, then resume the pumping procedure.
Is the stator worn out?
A worn stator can cause the material not to come out of the gun or even cause a blockage at the beginning of the pipeline due to the overheating of the material coming out of the pump.
It is necessary to replace the stator and, if necessary, remove the blockage.
Is the mortar pipe bent?
The problems encountered are the same as those of the clogged pipe, so:
- Find the bend and straighten it;
- If the material contained in the hopper is not pumpable, the hopper must be emptied by disconnecting the pipe from the pump and pumping out the material;
- If necessary, remove the hopper drain plug and wash all the material with a jet of water, then remix correctly and restart pumping.
Is the pipe clogged?
A clogged hose corresponds to a high pressure on the pumping pressure gauge.
CAUSE
- Incorrect mixing;
- Too long a pause.
SOLUTION
- Close the air tap (3) on the gun (to stop pumping) and stop the pump by returning the main switch to "0";
- Open the machine's air tap (2) and reverse the direction of rotation of the pump to release the pressure in the pipe;
- Free the gun or pipe from any blockages and try to restart;
- Monitor the working pressure and stop the machine promptly if the pressure exceeds the normal value, because in this case the blockage is still present;
- Identify where the material delivery line is clogged: at this point the pipe appears hard and rigid, the most critical points are at the couplings;

- Detach the clogged pipe, hit the end of the blockage with a hammer to break the "plug" that has formed until the hardened material comes out;
-
Start the pump for a few moments and make sure that the pipe has been freed: the material must come out of the pipe regularly;
- Pour some grout into the pipe downstream of the one where the blockage occurred, reconnect the pipe line and start again. If the material in the hopper cannot be pumped, the hopper must be emptied and everything must be redone.
