- Start the machine by placing the key switch (10) in the ON position; then wait for the spark plug LED (5) to go out and start the engine by pressing the red START button (11);
- With the engine running, after 5 or 6 seconds, all the warning lights on the control panel should go out; if this does not happen, stop the machine immediately and identify the cause;
- With the engine running, the LEDs go out; warm up the engine at idle for a few minutes.
*Check that the service tap (18) is closed and that the service lever (22) is in the ON operating position.

The mixture must be semi-dry.
To prepare the mixture proceed as follows:
1. Activate the agitator with the distributor lever;
2. Place the hopper in the opening of the material tank for manual loading (DC version);
3. Place the bucket in the material loading position (DCB version) by acting on the bucket control lever (34).
*The safety grid must be in the correct position and locked.

4. Load 50% of the aggregate (sand, etc.), 100% of the binder (cement), all the water and finally the remaining 50% of the aggregate.
In the version with bucket (DCB), the material must be loaded into the bucket; then, by operating the bucket control lever, start unloading the material into the tank.
By lifting the bucket until it stops, the pressure indicated on the pressure gauge (35) is approximately 140 bar.
Once approximately half of the load has been reached, using a bucket, pour all the water directly into the material tank; then complete the load and place the bucket in a horizontal position;
5. In the version with scraper (DCBP), it is used to load the bucket by pressing the appropriate button (36) located on the right handle of the shovel.
*For better and quicker mixing, it is recommended to fill the tank with material up to approximately 3/4 (200lt).

6. Clean the material tank opening stop to ensure the seal of the joint;
7. Close the material tank opening and the key with the safety lever (37).

Pumping cycle
- Start the pumping cycle by placing the selector (23) in the AUTO position and pressing the button (38);
- When carrying out the first transport cycles, it is necessary to find the correct position of the key (39) that regulates the flow of air inside the material tank and at its outlet;
- It is advisable to start with more air at the outlet of the material tank than inside it; then position the key appropriately.
*General rule: if the operating pressure increases, gradually open the tap (39) that regulates the flow of air inside the material tank and at its outlet towards the outlet position of the material tank and vice versa if the pressure decreases.

Pumping cycle
- To optimize the machine performance, adjust the key, gradually increasing the air in the material tank until reaching an optimal operating pressure between 3.5 and 5.5 bar, which can be checked on the pressure gauge (40);
- Once the correct adjustment has been obtained, it is no longer necessary to intervene on the adjustment key, but only on the control button (38).
*With concrete, mortar or other types of mixtures, it is necessary to introduce more air into the material tank than into the outlet pipe of the material tank.

Pumping cycle
The mixture transport is finished when the air pressure inside the material tank, indicated by the pressure gauge (40), drops below 1.5/2 bar.
At the end of the cycle, the compressor air pumping stops automatically and the engine idles.
At this point:
- Wait for the pressure to drop below 0.3 bar;
- Open the door with the safety lever (37);
- Wait for the pressure to drop to 0 bar;
- Open the material tank opening;
- Start a new refill cycle.

- After pumping the last mixture, stop the mixer by placing the mixer control distributor lever (33) in the "0" position;
- Open the door with the safety lever (37);
- Wait for the pressure to drop to 0 bar (40);
- Open the material tank cover;
- Unlock the grid by opening the diverter valve lever (32) to open the grid. The safety device allows the grid to open only when the agitator is stopped.

- Before loosening a connection on the material supply hose, check that the key switch (19) is in the OFF position, that the key with the safety lever is open, that the pressure gauge on the material tank indicates a pressure of 0 (zero) bar and that there is no residual pressure in the hoses;
*The operator must have been specifically trained to perform this operation; in particular, before opening a connection, it is necessary to check that there is no residual pressure in the hoses and that there are no other people nearby.

Using a jet of water or, preferably, a pressure washer, thoroughly wash the inside of the material tank and clean both the air inlet through the opening of the material tank and the air inlet through its outlet.
- Insert a sponge (of a diameter suitable for the tube) into the material tube and reconnect the latter to the machine;

Pour two or three buckets of water into the tank and then empty it by performing a regular pumping cycle;
To restart the mixer it is necessary to: close the grid, close the diverter valve lever (32), close the opening of the material tank and the safety lever (37);
- Repeat this operation until you are sure that the tubes are clean.

The machine can be equipped (optionally) with a high pressure water pump.
In this case, to use it:
- Connect a water hose to the machine's connection (42): the line must be able to deliver at least 10 l/min;
- If you take water from a tank, check that the water is clean and that the extraction point is at least 50 cm above the connection (42), then start the pump first;
- Connect the gun to the supply hose corresponding to the connection (43). The gun can be used in the long or short version (short for washing inside the tank). It is equipped with a normal straight nozzle and a turbo nozzle (the latter is particularly useful for cleaning surfaces;);
- To do this, operate the lever (44) on the distributor;
- Proceed with washing.

- To stop the machine, the selector (23) must be in the WORK position;

Turn the key switch (19) counterclockwise until it is in the OFF position, the LEDs on the control panel flash for a few seconds and then the machine stops;
- Disconnect the air supply pipes at the material tank outlet and check that they are clean;
- Check that the air inlet inside the material tank is also clean.
