Moving the machine
Moving the machine
- Arm completely lowered and aligned with the machine;
- Lance facing upwards;
- Material supply pipes disconnected (concrete pipe, air pipe and additive pipe);
- Arm hydraulic pipes appropriately collected, so that they do not touch the ground and do not interfere with travel and are not tangled.
Moving the machine with driver on board (1)
The machine is equipped with a platform for driving:
- Lower the platform and stand on it to move the machine, making sure it is stably positioned;
- When moving the machine, ensure a stable position on the platform and hold onto the roll-bar peripheral to the controls with both hands (in this way it is possible to operate the translation controls with just one finger).
Moving the machine with driver on board (2)
- With the machine stopped, press the button (3) to enable the movement of the tracks;
- Use the track travel distributor levers (CING-SX and CING-DX) to move forward, backward and steer, moving them forward or backward as needed.
Machine movement - Double speed
The FAST mode is only available with the diesel engine running;
- To activate the "fast" mode from the control panel, press the button (10) for a couple of seconds;
- The red light on the button will indicate that the mode has been activated;
- The "fast" mode is not memorized and therefore, when the machine is switched off or the control mode is changed, the mode is automatically deactivated.
Moving the machine - Slopes
The machine can move only on the permitted/indicated slopes and ensuring that, when tackling slopes, the arm does not touch the ground (with the risk of destabilising the machine).
Moving the machine - Microdisplacement
The micro-movement of the machine occurs with the driver on the ground, holding the remote control with both hands, proceeding as follows:
- With the machine stopped, move the selector (R3) upwards, to enable the movement of the tracks;
-
Select the travel speed using the speed selector (R4):
- To the right: fast travel;
- To the left: slow travel;
- Use the right and left joysticks (JOYDX and JOYSX) of the radio control to control the respective tracks to move forward, backward and steer, moving them upwards or downwards as necessary.
