The control panel does not light up?

If the control panel does not turn on, the problem will be mainly electrical, so:
  • Check that the battery switch is not disconnected;
  • Check that the battery is not faulty or discharged and also its terminals, that they are not oxidized or loose;
If none of these variables are the ones related to the problem, then there is probably a fault in the control panel, if this is the case it is advisable to contact technical assistance.
 

Engine won't start?

If the engine does not start, first check that the red emergency button is not pressed. If this is the case, unlock it and try to start the pump.
 
If the problem persists, then check:
  • That the battery is not flat or faulty and that its terminals are not oxidized or loose;
  • That there is enough fuel, otherwise top up;
  • That there is no air in the fuel line (this prevents fuel from reaching the engine);
  • That the starter motor, injectors or injection pump are working, otherwise you will need to contact technical assistance.

Does the engine tend to stall?

It may happen that the engine tends to turn off during operation, then check:
  • That the diesel filters are not clogged, otherwise replace them;
  • That there is enough diesel, otherwise top it up;
  • That the air filter is clogged, remove it and clean it, alternatively replace it.

 

Pumping not working?

In the event that pumping does not work, check:
  • The position of the hopper grid, which if it were to be moved or opened, the safety sensor would intervene, blocking the machine;
  • Check that the emergency button is not pressed;
  • A possible blockage of the pipe, which can be identified thanks to the pressure gauge where the pressure would be at maximum values;
  • That the wear plate is not broken or that there is something between the plate and the "S" valve that prevents its movements, in these cases replace the plate or put the machine in reverse for a few seconds and remove the foreign body;
  • The possible failure of the electrical circuit, in which case the intervention of Turbosol technical assistance is recommended.

 

The mixer is not turning?

If the mixer suddenly stops, check:
  • That the hopper grid is not open, this blocks the safety sensors and would block both pumping and the mixer;
  • The presence of a foreign body in the hopper, put the machine in a machine off state, open the grid and remove the foreign body;
  • That the mixer shaft has not seized due to lack of greasing; Grease and observe if this solves the problem, otherwise consult the spare parts catalog to replace the mixer shaft gaskets.

 

Is the pipe clogged?

The clogging of the pipe corresponds to a high pressure of the line pressure gauge (about 300 bar - see image below) and the pumping stops.
 
 
MAIN CAUSES
  • Incorrect mixing;
  • Too long a pause;
In this situation, reverse the pumping cycle and perform about 4-8 suction cycles: you will see the level of the contents of the hopper increase.
 
Now it is possible to eliminate the clogging.
 
CLOGGING OF STEEL PIPES
  • The position of the obstruction can be recognized by the noise emitted by the impact of an iron hammer on the pipe: if the pipe is not clogged, a metallic sound will be heard, if the pipe is clogged, a dull sound will be heard;
  • Disconnect the clogged pipe from the piping line after having previously depressurized the line itself;
  • Place the pipe vertically to evacuate the entire contents, by tapping it.
CLOGGING OF RUBBER HOSES
 
  • The tube is rigid and hard near the blockage; otherwise, the tube will sag when walked on;
  • Disconnect the clogged tube from the piping line after having previously depressurized the line itself;
  • Place the tube vertically (resting it in the middle on the shoulders - see image below) to evacuate its entire contents.
