Failure to tension the tracks chain

 

1 - Incorrect tightening of the grease nipple
  • With the machine stopped, remove the valve cover and check for grease;
  • If not, screw the grease nipple and pump grease inside
 
2 - Broken grease nipple valve
  • With the machine stopped, remove the valve cover and check for grease;
  • If necessary, replace the grease nipple valve and pump grease inside.
 
3 - Broken tensioner gaskets
  • With the machine stopped, perform a visual inspection of the undercarriage in the part under the tensioner;
  • If necessary, replace the gaskets and the tensioner.

 

The remote control does not work

 

1 - Connection problems
  • It is not possible to obtain the radio connection between the transmitter and the receiver:
  • Use the coaxial cable supplied between the transmitter and the receiver.
 
2 - Low battery
  • Replace the transmitter battery with the spare one normally inserted in the charger located in the glove compartment;
  • Alternatively, use the coaxial cable supplied.
 
3 - Footboard position
  • If the footboard on board the machine is lowered, the radio control does not come into operation:
  • Raise and lock the footboard in the vertical position.

 

The arm does not respond to commands

 

1 - Failure to stabilize
  • Extend and ground the stabilizers;
  • Perform the arm release procedure.
 
2 - Sensors
  • Check the stabilization sensors;
  • Perform the arm release procedure.
