Machine set-up and preliminary checks
Preliminary operations (1)
Check that:
- All the pneumatic circuit taps are closed;
- The oil levels and top up if necessary (with the machine off);

Check the operation of the safety grid switch: when the grid is lifted, pumping should stop and the red light (1) on the electrical panel should come on.
Once the grid has been closed, to restart the machine press the start button (2); -
Check, with the mixer running, the operation of the safety sensor: when the grid is lifted, the mixing shaft should stop.
Once the grid has been closed, to restart the mixer first turn the main switch (3) to the "0" position and then to the "1" position.
Preliminary operations (2)
At the beginning of work:
- Check that the air and material pipes are intact and not worn, pay attention to the connections;
- Check that the greasing has been carried out correctly;
- Check that the compressor air filters are clean.
Preliminary operations (3)
Check the oil levels (with the machine off):
1. EV version
- Reduction gear oil --> Check the lubricant level, top up if necessary with AGIP BLASIA 220 or equivalent;
- Variator oil --> Check the lubricant level. Top up if necessary with AGIP BLASIA 32 or equivalent.
2. 2V version
- Reduction gear oil --> Check the lubricant level, top up if necessary with AGIP BLASIA 220 or equivalent.
3. Version with mixer (model "/MP")
- Reduction gear oil --> Check the lubricant level, top up if necessary with AGIP TELIUM VSF 320 or equivalent.
Preliminary operations (4)
- Close the air delivery tap (1) on the machine and open the air tap on the gun (3);
- Fill the hopper with water to prevent the pump from running dry and quickly deteriorating;
- Turn on the electrical panel by switching the main switch (red on yellow background) to position "1" (ON);
- The blue light on the main panel will come on, indicating that the supply voltage is correct*;
*With a constantly correct voltage, the blue light remains on. If the light goes off during start-up, it means that the voltage is incorrect: check the power supply line.
Preliminary operations (5)
- Press the start button and open the air supply tap;
The pump will start to rotate, check the correct direction of rotation of the screw (2), if the direction of rotation is not correct, stop the agitator by pressing the stop button, change the position of the switch dedicated to the reversal of direction and restart pumping;
- Make sure that the machine starts and stops normally by opening and closing the air supply tap (1).
Preliminary operations (6)
- Set the main switch (1) to "ON" and then the reverse gear (2) to position 1 or 2;
